salon/spa policies
appointments
Our Lovely Ambassadors are available to assist in reserving your appointment or you can reserve 24 hours a day online. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure that the best day and time is available for your next visit. A credit or debit card is required for booking all appointments. Your sensitive information is entered in our secure credit terminal database powered by Phorest Pay. Once your card is processed, your reservation will be complete. You will not be charged at this time.
walk-ins
We accept walk in guests however it is dependent upon our service providers availability. Making a reservation is highly recommended.
confirmation
As a courtesy to our guests we text, email, and call our guests in an attempt to confirm your reservation two business days prior to your scheduled appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand it is your responsibility to take note of your reservation dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and a cancellation fee.
salon environment
Please respect that other guests may need their time to be in the moment and relax. Please silence your cell phones during your visit or keep your calls to a minimum. We ask you to consider the fact that a busy salon, along with sharp implements and hot styling tools, may make for a dangerous environment for young children. No matter how careful we are, accidents can happen. Only those receiving services may be present in the service areas.

As a courtesy to other guests, and in our efforts to offer a relaxed and professional atmosphere we ask that you are aware of the activities and volume of your little ones while visiting Lovely.
method of payment
We accept cash, Lovely or Aveda gift cards, or credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Discover).
change of service
We take great care and consideration when scheduling reservations to maximize opportunities for our guests. We often have an extensive standby list with guests eager to receive services. If you would like to amend or shorten your reservation, please give us 24 hours notice so we are able to fill that time with guests on our standby list.
cancellations and late arrivals
Please respect our 24 hour in-advanced notice cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment within the 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, you are subject to the payment for that service. In consideration for other guests, we regret that late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may or may not be accommodated. If you would like to cancel your appointment, we ask for a 24-hour notice in order to allow time for other guests to schedule. Thank you for understanding the nature of appointment based business’- who aren’t a business if we aren’t providing services to our guests.
refunds & product returns
Because of our thorough consultation process, there are no refunds of services. Upon checkout, we do highly recommend pre-booking your next appointment to ensure a convenient time. In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we are happy to exchange it for another product or issue you salon credit. All make-up sales and gift certificate sales are final.

If you are unsatisfied with your services please let us know within 14 days, so we can make it right. Once it has been brought to our attention that you are not satisfied, a guest satisfaction team member will look into the very best possible solution.
Lovely Guest Policy
At Lovely Salon and Spa, we are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and professional environment for both our service providers and clients. To ensure the highest quality of service and a positive experience for everyone, we have established the following guest policy:
Respectful Behavior: We expect all guests to treat our service providers and staff with respect and professionalism. Any guest who makes our service providers uncomfortable, either through inappropriate behavior, harassment, or disrespectful conduct, will be asked to leave immediately. We reserve the right to ban any guest whose behavior negatively impacts the safety, well-being, or work environment of our team members.
No Call, No Show Policy: Repeated no-call, no-show appointments disrupt our ability to serve other clients and impact the efficiency of our business. If a guest fails to show up for an appointment without prior notice more than once, we may refuse future service or require a deposit for any future bookings. We understand that emergencies happen, but we ask that guests notify us as soon as possible if they are unable to attend their scheduled appointment.
Future Bookings: Any guest who is banned due to inappropriate behavior or repeated no-call, no-show incidents may be prohibited from booking future appointments with us. We will notify affected individuals of the reasons for their ban and any conditions required to reinstate their ability to schedule appointments, should that option become available.

bridal service policies
reservations
In order to accommodate all requested reservations, it is important that arrangements are confirmed with our bridal party coordinator three to six months prior to your event. We will work to meet all of your needs to the best of our ability. Keep in mind that many guests do pre-reserve their appointments and any changes within 30 days are not guaranteed based upon availability.
payment
All services are held with a credit card that will only be charged in the event that one or more of your guests cancel/no-show their service(s) within 72 hours of your event. All other balances are due the day of your wedding.
accommodations and on-location services
We strive to create a relaxing environment at Lovely Salon and Spa and have a designated area for our brides and their bridal parties. We offer a picturesque outdoor garden for relaxation and photographs for the whole bridal party.
Would you like on-location bride and attendant services? Are you having a bachelorette party? Lovely Pure-fessionals™ are here to help. We offer on-location hair and makeup services and can accommodate your party by providing talented Pure-fessional™ designers for your beauty needs.
Price variation depends on designer experience. Please call us with any questions regarding service pricing.
gift card policies
- Gift cards cannot be returned for cash, non-transferable and non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
- Unauthorized resale, modification or trade of gift card is prohibited.
- Purchase, use or acceptance of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
- As a courtesy to our staff, we ask for 24-hours notice on all appointment scheduling changes.
